Level 3

In Stage 3-1, right when the screen starts to scroll vertically, search the left side of the screen for some blocks that you can break

Level 6

After the second chandelier, break the bricks like the screenshot. You'll also find a ghost man and his dog down here - kill the dog for a heartbreaking scene.

Level 9

Get sucked into the hole in the picture on the left to reach this hidden room. Be careful, all of the suckholes will return you to the stage.

Dracula's Chamber

Jump far off the ledge at Dracula's Chamber and walk all the way to the left. The screen will flash and you'll be inundated with goodies. Remember on your way back up, there's a staircase, and it is still possible to fall if you're not careful.
