Castlevania 3 Weirdness

There's a debug menu in Castlevania 3 only accessible via a Game Genie. Enter the code KVAVPY and right after the Prayer screen, a screen will pop up. These let you choose your level and spirit partner. If you try something invalid, you'll end up with a garbage screen like on the right. Thanks to the Castlevania Code Collection for finding these:
